FAQ

Here are answers to questions you may have about our block library service. If your question isn't answered here, please do get in contact with us.

Do I need to create an account to buy from you?

No, but you can, it’s entirely optional. If you do, we will remember some of your details to make the checkout process faster in future. Also, you can subscribe to email updates about the website or for drawings you have downloaded in the past.

How do I pay?

Through our checkout, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal, cheques, or cash.

How will I receive my files?

We will email you immediately after checkout with links to download the files you have purchased. This is automatic, so you should receive it within a minute or two.

I haven’t received the link to my files.

First check to see if our email has been diverted to a spam folder. If it’s not there, and it’s been more than five minutes since your purchase, please contact us to let us know. One of our team we will reissue your links as soon as possible.

Why do I need to checkout when the blocks I have bought are free?

We still need to checkout to generate your email with the download links. If there is nothing to pay, you won’t be prompted to enter any payment details.

Is my personal data and payment info secure with Custom3D?

Yes, completely. We take the security of your data very seriously. Here’s how we look after it all:

Our site is hosted by Shopify; they handle and store any information relating to your Custom3D account, if you create one.

Processing any card payments are taken care of by Stripe, whose service is integrated into our Shopify checkout. They are one of the world’s leading merchant gateway service providers. Because they actually process the transaction, we at Custom3D do not ever have access to your card data.

Both Shopify and Stripe are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the most stringent level of certification available. There are a number of criteria that have to be met to achieve this standard of compliance, which include:

  • Maintain a secure network
  • Maintain a vulnerability management program
  • Regularly monitor and test networks
  • Protect cardholder data
  • Implement strong access control measures
  • Maintain an information security policy
